Petrol will cost Rs. 64.72 per litre and diesel will be available for Rs. 52.61 per litre in Delhi with effect from midnight.
Owing to the increase in commission paid to the dealers, fuel prices in India have been hiked again. While petrol will be dearer by 14 paise per litre and diesel price will be costlier by 10 paise per litre in Delhi. Fuel prices were revised last on October 1, 2016, according to reports.
According to a PTI report via ET Auto, petrol will cost Rs. 64.72 per litre and diesel will be available for Rs. 52.61 per litre in Delhi with effect from midnight. Currently, petrol and diesel are priced at Rs. 64.58 per litre and Rs. 52.51 per litre respectively.
In the last fuel price revision on October 1, 2016, petrol price was hiked by 37 paise per litre, while diesel price was reduced by 8 paise per litre.
