The XUV500 Automatic will be available in 6 shades, namely, Volcano Black, Pearl White, Tuscan Red, Sunset Orange, Moondust Silver and Dolphin Grey.
After its launch in India last year, Mahindra XUV500 Automatic has been launched in Australia. The automatic transmission version of Mahindra XUV500 will be available at Mahindra dealerships in W8 2WD and W8 AWD variants with its prices starting from $31,900 for the W8 2WD variant.
The new XUV500 features a new front grille with chrome inserts, unique fog lamps with a chrome bezel, projector headlights with static bending projection lamps and DRLs, 17-inch alloy wheels and rear chrome.
The interiors of the SUV sport a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with GPS, reverse camera with Dynamic Assist, Bluetooth music/phone connectivity, 702-litre boot space, seven leather seats, 3 ISOFIX Child Restraints in second row, 12 volt power charging sockets and air conditioning in all 3 rows, cooled front row centre storage box, wireless tyre pressure monitoring of all five tyre, eight interior LED lights and 10 interior cup holders, ABS with electronic brake-force distribution, Hill Hold and Hill Descent Control.
Powering the XUV500 will be a 4-cylinder, 2.2-litre diesel powertrain that churns out 140 BHP at 3,750 rpm and 330 Nm at 1600-2800 rpm. The XUV500 Automatic will be available in 6 shades, namely, Volcano Black, Pearl White, Tuscan Red, Sunset Orange, Moondust Silver and Dolphin Grey.
The W8 2WD 6 Speed Manual variant is priced at $29,900, whereas the W8 AWD 6 Speed Manual variant gets a price tag of $32,900. While the W8 2WD 6 Speed Automatic variant is priced at $31,900, the W8 AWD 6 Speed Automatic variant will be available at a price of $34,900.
